REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR CONVENTION: 

Deadline for registering is June 7, 2025.  

A refund of $250.00 is available for cancellations if requested in writing before June 13, 2025.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 13, 2025.

What: NJCL Convention is a week-long event based on our 2025 theme "non scholae sed vitae discimus." Convention promotes the love of Classics through Ludī and colloquia sessions. In addition, JCLers get to showcase their artistic and athletic skills at Graphic Arts, Creative, Arts, and Olympika. Competitive JCLers also love to test their knowledge through Academic Contests and Certamen. Convention is all about JCLove and meeting new friends at dances, mixers, or while walkting to fellowship or lunch! Finally, the next NJCL Officers are elected, and some high school seniors provide remarks at General Assemblies.

ANNOUNCING CONVENTION INSTALLMENT PLAN

The cost for the 2025 NJCL Convention at Miami University hasjust been announced. 
You may STILL enroll in the installment plan.  Contact Sherwin Little, administrator@njcl.org, to be enrolled. 

We are very aware of the continued rising cost of the NJCL Convention.  To help out our delegates,  we have set up an installment plan for individuals to pay for their convention registration in smaller, more frequent installments rather than as one large payment.  This program is available to all delegates - JCL, SCL, and adults.

Individuals may sign up for the installment plan by contacting Mr. Little.  After completing the form, individuals will receive information about their payment plan, 

  • Participants will receive an invoice for the deposit,  then an invoice in May and July for the balance. 

  • You may pay by credit card, Venmo, or send a check.  Purchase Orders are not accepted for this program.

  • If you subsequently receive an NJCL Scholarship or other means of payment, the installments paid will be refunded. 

If you join the program and are unable to attend Convention, you will be able to receive a refund for the total amount paid as long as you cancel in writing to administrator@njcl.org on or before June 13, 2025 which is the Convention cancellation deadline.
