1999 NJCL Convention
Warm hospitality and exceptionally hot weather greeted over 1500 JCL students and sponsors, SCL'ers and chaperones who descended upon the campus of the Florida State University from August 1st through 6th to attend the 46th Annual NJCL Convention.
