2001 saw the NJCL odyssey continue in full force.  The influence of technology was prevalent as the Website contest expanded to include a new individual category, and a new Computer Programming Contest was added to list of activities that members could pursue.

The NJCL Website also changed dramatically this year, getting its first overhaul since its inception in 1998.

On the NJCL Convention front, delegates were drawn to Tulane University during mid-July for this annual event.
